On Your Worst Day, A Legal Lifeline Is Here

No one looks forward to having to address a legal problem, as these issues can be extremely stressful, intimidating and unnerving. And, when the issues involved the fault of another person, it may seem like your worst day. Fortunately, you have options and a legal advocate. I am attorney Mark Dix, and I am here to help. I represent individuals and families in Richmond and surrounding communities.

If you sustained an injury due to a medical professional, at-fault driver, or because of a reckless or negligence law enforcement official, know you have rights and the right to pursue justice and compensation under the law.

Called To Serve In And Out Of The Courtroom

I’ve always been compelled to look out for others. As a young man, I worked as a lifeguard. In following years, I served as a volunteer firefighter and worked my way through the ranks to assist as Acting Lieutenant with the Chesterfield County Fire Department.

My Competitive Advantage

I began my legal career practicing insurance defense, defending those accused of harming others. Today, at Dix Law Firm, in Richmond, I use my experience to help people who have been injured restore their lives.

I understand how insurance adjustors think, and in many cases, I invented the tactics they use. As a result, I have obtained many favorable verdicts, settlement and awards for individuals who have suffered harm by the hands of another. I have developed a strong reputation in my community and many other Virginia lawyers often refer complex cases my way.
